Job Description

● To maintain the relationship with Regional Sales Managers and the Franchisee regarding reporting of related sales performance and coordinating resolution of reported Franchisee issues. ● To collaborate with related parties to evaluate customer satisfaction on the Franchisee network/stores and enhance the same through revision of required processes and procedures. ● To collect, collate and analyze data related to the sales performance of MTNI Connects (the Franchisee) across the country using a variety of data analysis methods to come up with business guidance (i.e. sales solutions), gap analysis, and corrective sales processes for the same. ● To identify eligible Franchisees, then develop and maintain partnerships with them across the country. ● To follow and support the preparation of the draft of the Franchisee agreements with the collaboration of Legal & Regulatory, coordinating and ensuring new stores are branded and equipped based on policies and updating franchise stores contracts annually. ● To resolve the Franchisee store issues regarding both customers and internal operational tasks (e.g. store cameras, decoration, system access of staff) and align them based on MTNIrancell Policy. ● To expand the current Franchisee network by mapping new marketing areas (i.e. new segments) across the country. ● To ensure cultivating and maximizing distributers’ relationships with Franchisees in order to promote their sales performance. ● To develop assessment indicators in order to assess the Franchise stores and later announce grades on a yearly basis. ● To monitor Franchise store performance on a random basis to prevent potential frauds. (i.e. by checking ERP reports, getting reports from regions, etc.). ● To monitor and prepare an updated list of Supplementary Insurance of the Franchisee around the Country on a monthly basis and coordinate the same with MTN Irancell’s vendor and follow up with responsible teams in S&D and Finance Dep for payment of Invoices. ● To monitor and collaborate with related teams to keep the Franchisee data updated on the MTN Irancell website to increase customer satisfaction with available sales connections. ● To prepare comprehensive analytical reports of the Franchisee's performance for the sales and distribution management. ● To follow up with L&R and CRA in order to update the Tariff plan related to MTNI connects. ● To prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports received from the Franchisee network.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Marketing, or Communications) or a related field. ● At least 3 years of experience in an area of specialization. ● Experience working in a medium organization.
