Job Description

Reports to: CFO Main Objectives: In charge of the analytical understanding of the BU results. He or she will need to be able to dig in the different aspects of the business, build bridges with accountancy numbers, and interpret those numbers for the top management. He or she is responsible and knowledgeable in allocating cost, financial analysis, managerial reporting, ad hoc financial analysis for top managers. Main tasks (including without limited to): Responsible for the Budget preparation and rolling forecast Owner of Business Units reporting. Desirable to be ready within 5 days of month end closing Uses the data to advise management on decisions: Improve performance, minimize risk, and Capture new opportunities Create a set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that serve top managers be updated on current business situation Disregard not value-added reports and build new more powerful ones Periodically meet with top manager to understand needs of information Constant coordination with Finance Accounting Manager to align on information details. Help him or her to automatize and organize the information to better serve FP&A purposes. Recommend on processes optimization Participate in ad-hoc projects, such as new investments and/or M&As
