Job Description

-Preparation of financial reports for directors. -Supporting different teams with preparing or troubleshooting their reports. -Preparing interactive and useful financial reports. -Creating one standard reporting process for all teams of Hamrah Mechanic. -Ensuring compliance and consistency of financial reports coming from different teams. -Simplifying the reporting process in order to make it easy to learn and transfer. -Interacting constantly with other teams’ members in order to improve the accuracy of financial reports. -Correction of possible discrepancies and inconsistencies in financial reports created by other teams and improving the reliability of the reports as much as possible. -Proposing efficient and suitable coding for financial systems.

Requirements

-At least one year of experience in Management reporting or related fields. -Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other common reporting software. -Being familiar with financial, property & payroll systems. -Being deadline-oriented and able to stick to time constraints. -Ability to summarize and present complex financial data in an organized and concise manner. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Negotiating skills and ability to develop strong working relationships.
