Goldiran Industries is a successful Consumer Electronic Manufacturing company seeking an experienced foreign supply expert who is responsible for: ● Finalize the purchase orders includes preparing the cost file for each order, preparing the initial edit of the PI Condition and announcing the confirmed and finalized PI Condition to the supplier. ● Prepare and present documents for order registration in interaction with related units. ● Prepare necessary documents for allocation and purchase of currency. ● Communicate with suppliers about the delivery time of the shipments according to the production schedule, obtaining catalogs, taking into account the customs rules in order to comply with the proper structure of the packaging of the shipments, etc. ● Participate in the process of transporting goods and preparing clearance documents. ● Prepare management reports in order to update the status of various shipments.
