Job Description

● Communicating with suppliers to put orders and arrange the shipments. ● Preparing documents and following up on customs clearance of products. ● Constant and daily contact with organizations and authorities involved. ● Checking documents and following up on the needed activities with related departments for the importation of standard references and laboratory samples. ● Performing all necessary activities to receive permissions from related authorities for the importation of products. ● Performing the necessary actions regarding obtaining, renewing, or amending the insurance policy.

Requirements

● Familiar with supply chain and international business terms, especially the import process. ● At least 2 years of experience in the supply chain department. ● Fluency in English. ● Excellent communication skills, multitasking, and teamwork. ● Related experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
