Job Description

-Perform and coordinate all foreign commercial activities and affairs such as sourcing, corresponding, negotiating and ordering to make the best purchase package -Prepare and handle all necessary documentation to shipping documents, custom affairs, commercial registration and banking procedures -Make arrangement and coordinate shipments with sellers/suppliers and resolve any possible issue -Responsible for getting all the needed governmental and non-governmental approvals and licenses in importation process -Answer to inquiries and following them -Arrange payment to suppliers and transport company services -Do the order registration process through import permit registration in MOH, MOC

Requirements

Your Personality and Behavior: - High level of self-motivation and self-reliance (you don't need a manager to micro-manage you) - Extremely organized and ability to work under pressure and capable of multitasking in order to meet deadlines - You must be able to work well with others and be team oriented. - Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills - Shows high social competence and is capable to communicate with people from different cultures - Proactive, approach towards information sourcing, solution driven personality and out of the box thinking Requirements: - BA in business management or any related field - At least 4 years of experience in the related field - Good Communication skills - Advanced computer skills - Fluent in import rules - Comprehensive knowledge of foreign procurement and commercial procedures including logistics, regulations, sourcing and correspondence - Maximum Age: 34 - Fluent in English
