Job Description

Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market through the 4P. - Data analysis and results evaluation to problem solving. - Manage the advertising through agencies. - Align with cross functional team on Brand activation calendar & execute brand related projects & activation. - Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against sales goals . - Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues. - Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions. - Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research - Collecting data through observation, surveys and product purchases and analyzing them. - Research on customer reviews and marketing strategies, collaborate with professional marketers, statisticians. Identify purchasing priorities, needs and habits in order to know market potential. - Digital marketing and social media marketing and seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media in industrial market. - Calculate the effectiveness of marketing, advertising and communication programs and strategies.

Requirements

- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field or well experienced in industry. - At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience. - Understanding foreign marketing concepts. - Mastering various marketing tools. - Familiar with all aspect of advertising and Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs in steel industrial market. - Strong analytical and knowledge management skills. - Strong Communication Skills. - Ability to establish effective communication. - Fluent in English - Good Knowledge of MS Office. - Ideal Age Range: 25– 35.
