Job Description
•Main Objective:
As a member of commercial team, the Foreign Commercial Supervisor is accountable for managing commercial tasks. The Commercial Supervisor will be in close contact with the ministry of health and the ministry of commerce officials, foreign customers and partners, banks, customs, etc. This position may need to lead a group of commercial experts and admins and will report to commercial manager.
•Main Responsibilities:
-Preparing and keeping track of commercial plans/projects
-Monitoring relevant parts of SCM
-Commercial correspondences with relevant customers and partners
-Sourcing
-Analyzing price proposals and performing price negotiations
-Managing purchase orders and follow ups
-Banking affairs, currency allocation & money transfer
-Scheduling Shipping
-Close relationship with internal departments (regulatory, manufacturing, finance, sales & marketing, logistics)
