Job Description

Petro Imen Sharif Company as Representative of Europe Company which is working word wide, active in the field of production and its own commercial, invites the following qualified people to cooperate in order to complete its human resources in the commercial unit in the positions of commercial manager and foreign commercial expert Job Description - Resourcing and evaluation competent foreign suppliers in terms of compatibility, reliability -Making inquiries to foreign manufactures and following up in order to getting the quotation with best price -Pursue purchases ‘steps such as; ordering, payment, shipment, transporting and resolve relevant issues -Coordinating and handling all international commercial affairs such as correspondence, getting Preformat, ordering, contracting, custom releasing- - Handling shipping and land transportation thru NVOCCs, Truck transport, ship Main lines and rental vessel/feeders

Requirements

Requirements - Classification and archiving of documents and records - handling and booking feeders or vessels/ship world wide - Reporting to Commercial Manager/CEO - Monitor shipments to ensure that goods come in on time and resolve problems related to undelivered goods - Ideal age: 30-45 - Ability to generate reports. - Good knowledge of import and export regulations and procedures - Good negotiating and purchasing skills - Self-motivated - Good command of computer: ICDL skills - Ability to work under pressure - Active and enthusiastic for self-development - Related education or related training course - At least 4 years’ experience in related position Additional Requirements - Familiarity with shipping and ship types - Familiarity with marketing management for transportation and having knowledge in the fields of transportation management and marketing
