Job Description
- Plan, Manage and Improve all foreign commercial affairs such as sourcing, supplier selecting, negotiating, contracting, ordering and etc.
- Manage the legal and financial process to get required approvals for import orders.
- Monitor all contracts / agreements to achieve "Best Price / Best Quality" purchases.
- Ensure that the financial aspects and impact of a contract are clear to all parties
- Manage and lead the purchasing team and provide feedback, training & motivational programs.
- Develop strategies and programs to achieve organizational goals.
- Any other duties the Company may reasonably require
