Job Description

- Commercial correspondence - Perform and coordinate all foreign commercial affairs such as sourcing, corresponding, negotiating, order registration, and all other import process formalities. - Prepare purchase orders and review requisitions for goods. - Continuous follow up about the latest status of current orders and any claims on defectiveness or shortages of cargoes - Plan and coordinate all activities of custom clearance - Straight monitoring and recording of orders such as items purchased costs, production/loading plans, and delivery of orders/cargos - monitoring costumers and market development

Requirements

- University Qualifications: BSc or MSc in management . industrial engineering ,commercial or related fields. - Nature and length of previous experience: at least 3 years experience. - Soft Skills and Personality traits: Office software, Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
