Job Description

We are looking for a Foreign Commercial Expert. The selected individuals must be able to: - Plan, perform and coordinate all foreign commercial affairs such as sourcing, correspondence, negotiating, ordering, and contracting. - Prepare purchase orders, request bid proposals, and review requisitions for goods and services. - Negotiate, re-negotiate and administer contracts with foreign suppliers, vendors, and other representatives - Monitor shipments to ensure that goods come in on time and resolve problems related to undelivered goods - Control and follow up commercial activities - Collecting foreign market information - Getting price lists from suppliers - Doing negotiation with suppliers about quality and prices transport planning - Checking foreign currency fluctuations and providing reports - Analyzing the future of global market and providing reports to the management - Finding new suppliers and check reliability of new suppliers and unfamiliar new sources - Negotiate with suppliers on payment methods and doing custom planning - Handling transportation of goods from origin to destination - Handle recording of orders and relevant archiving
