- Follow up the stuff from the beginning to customs.
- Prepare the essential documents.
- Checking and following the customer's complaint.
- Checking the orders and agreements.
- Participate with all part of company.
- Doing the duty on time.
- Measuring the satisfaction of customers.
- Being creative in order to give suitable suggestion.
- Visiting the site with customers.
- Plan, organize and manage the works.
- Coordinate. Assign completion of tasks by technical staff in accordance with establish goals and work plans.
- Train, coach and manage technical teams.
- Develop and review work methods to improve efficiency automation, safety.
- Organizing and coordinating internal meetings for problem solving.

University qualifications: Bachelor or master degree
-Knowledge of management practice and methods.

-Fully familiar with Sales Process
-Excellent knowledge of ICDL capable of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
-Team working skills.
