Job Description

• Planning, performing and coordinating foreign purchasing process and commercial activities such as: commercial correspondence, negotiation with suppliers, following up all commercial registration & receiving Approval of all related organizations & entities, ordering, remittance, transport insurance, inspection and import procedure from A to Z • Follow up all administrative and commercial affairs of the purchased materials until they reach the factory/warehouse • Prepare and submit the necessary purchase and logistic documents both for custom brokers and forwarder companies • Make arrangement and coordinate shipments with sellers/ suppliers • Communicating with bank and exchange • Be up-to-date of current regulations and monitor applicable law changes • Maintain records of goods ordered and received • All activities related to issuance and extension of commercial cards of Chamber of Commerce • Providing periodic and reports for management • Follow up all visa issuance process for colleagues, associates and foreign visitors • Preparing the documents and reports for financial department • Controlling the final documents invoices, PI, warehouse receipt, QI control

Requirements

• Highly motivated and self-disciplined • Being able to work in needed extra times • Flexible and team work experience • Good English skills • Effective relationship with staff • Familiar with office automation system • Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time • Problem Solving
