-Objectives: 
-For the person in this position, we are expected to: -Being well educated in Food science, and Keep update about latest food production technologies focused on meat industry in general. -Use their knowledge and education on food industry in order to enhance the products’ quality and social health -Rely on their interest and academic background to make major changes in reducing the total cost of final products at food industry companies -Apply the knowledge gained through dealing with i-Mix international business partners to import state-of-the-art technology and break new ground in boosting the knowledge of different food industries -Draw on their knowledge in order to augment themselves and the i-Mix group with a higher added value -Responsibilities: -Identifying customers and making contact with them -Introducing the latest food ingredients and technology through phone as well as face to face meeting -Having function knowledge and technical specification of ingredients and consultation beside of sale knowledge and experience -Performing out-of-firm activities -Performing activities delegated by management -Reporting to Sales and R&D director
