Job Description

- To be responsible to co-build with marketing the brands pipeline, innovate all of 4 brands and ensure new product development within business objectives: cost, quality and time. - To work closely with the business and commercial leaders to set and activate product development pipeline and innovation pipeline for the business. - To advance the business through technical excellence ensuring all aspects meet or exceed the quality and product performance requirements within a managed timeline and cost objective. - To explore new ingredients, consumer trends and apply them to new innovations with support of marketing team. - To participate in productivity efforts through idea generation and implementation. - To manage the projects and ensure that product development procedures and systems is respected. - To develop formulas and processes that take into account the requirements of other functions, such as Regulatory Affairs or Food Safety; provide critical analysis of the project portfolio to ensure its alignment with the strategic objectives and to facilitate priority setting and resource allocation. - Working closely with the cross functional team (Marketing, Supply chain, Planning, Production and Quality control/Food Safety).

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Culinary Science, Biology, Chemistry or related field. - Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a food processing or new product development role. - Frozen food or salad dressing and / or emulsified product production experience preferred. - Experience working in culinary setting with a proven record of taking culinary concepts and formulating them into commercialized product preferred. - Knowledge of food safe production practices and regulations - Strong oral and written communication skills and good organization skills. - Be able to work effectively and collaboratively with a diverse, dynamic team. - Ability to think independently and manage multiple projects
