Job Description

-Managerial and organizational skills are necessary for a career in dairy science -Former experience in the dairy or agriculture industry will also be helpful -Interact with a variety of industry professionals -Work in a wide range of settings, but the most role that is needed here is outsourcing of dairy products -Regular monitoring of products cost-in-use and leading initiatives for controlling costs in parallel with quality consistency -Designing, following and implementing new product development projects -Problem-solving continues quality or production issues in alignment with the factory team -Communicating and managing required relations with stakeholders, supervisory bodies and others in line with the company's technical needs -Optimizing the process, production, and formulation -Participating actively in continues improvement initiatives -Reporting to: Factory Manager -Working Time: Saturday to Wednesday: 08:00 a.m. - 16:00 p.m. / Thursday: 08:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. -Gross Monthly Base Salary: Negotiable

Requirements

-Master Degree in Food Science, Food Engineering or related fields -Between 1 - 5 years’ experience in R&D within the Dairy/beverage industry -Good understanding of product development steps Graduated candidates from public universities have priority -Good communication skills will be needed -Good knowledge of food quality systems such as GMP, HACCP and ISO22000 standards -Expert in out-sourcing of products -Interpersonal skills and confident in communicating with external customers and suppliers -Gender Preference: Male -Ideal Age Range: 30 - 40 -Language Fluency: Fluent in English
