- Supervises and directs a sales force to achieve sales and profit goals within a district. - Designs and recommends sales and marketing programs and sets short and long term sales strategies. - Regular visiting doctors and pharmacies to monitor product availability and liquidation. - Applies territory planning to get maximum use of time and best area coverage for both Doctors and Pharmacists - Deal with opinion leaders and get market feedback on a regular basis. - Report any relevant information to Line Manager and know company procedures and best practice.
The job holder must possess the following knowledge and/or capabilities: - University degree in Pharmacy, Medical, Veterinary, Biology, Chemistry or Dentistry Accredited - MBA (from a reputable institution) is a plus - In-depth Iran Pharmaceutical market & field knowledge (Ophthalmology Field is a Plus) - Sound market knowledge i.e. competitor info, local & international market trends etc. is preferred - Requires extensive job experience of Minimum 5 years in Pharmaceutical selling with a leading national/multinational company - Experience in customer relationships management Internal/ External - Fluent in English (written and spoken)
