Job Description
• Managing a team of representatives. • Planning and monitoring team activities and reporting to sales and marketing manager • Planning and organizing sales and marketing activities based on the budget • Achieve the business objective month after month and projecting area sales. • Getting implemented the strategies, develop the current business, and also find the new business avenues. • Building brand equity and its image • Market research data of competitors • Maintain professional and credible relationship with KOLs and academic centers
Requirements
• MD or Pharm. D or DVM is preferred while medical related back ground is accepted. • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical companies with at least two years’ experience in Urology and Gynecology field • Should be extraordinarily matured to handle a team of representative • Abilities to generate new ideas to develop existing business. Besides, teamwork is expected from the applicant • Should be highly career oriented and ambitious • Flexible for travelling inside and outside the country.
