Job Description

- Planning to achieve sales and marketing profit goals. - Designs and recommends sales and marketing programs and sets short and long term sales & marketing strategies. - Regular double visiting doctors and pharmacies to monitoring and evaluating the team members - Deal with opinion leaders and get market feedback on a regular basis. - Report any relevant information to Manager and know company procedures and best practice. - Ensure effective management of team including training and personal development in terms of ongoing training, coaching and counselling through regular field visits and management of recruitment, performance, development and retention of representatives in the area

Requirements

- University degree in Pharmacy, Medical, Veterinary, Biology, Chemistry - MBA (from a reputable institution) is a plus - In-depth Iran Pharmaceutical market & field knowledge (oncology Field is a Plus) - Sound market knowledge i.e. competitor info, local & international market trends etc. is preferred - Requires extensive job experience of Minimum 5 years in Pharmaceutical selling & marketing with a leading national/multinational company - Experience in customer relationships management Internal/ External - Fluent in English (written and spoken)
