Job Description
- Carrying out stock acceptance and offering processes in Stock Exchange and Over-The-Counter organization - Carrying out capital increase processes for public stock company - Carrying out the processes of issuing various types of Sukuk bonds - Preparation of justification reports for capital increase or issuance of debt securities - Preparing acceptance prospectus and business plan in order to financing
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Accounting or Financial Management - At least 2 years working experience in related jobs - Familiarity with the processes of the stock exchange organization to establish fund - Ability to receive and process information and provide documentation to establish different types of funds - Proficiency in Microsoft office - Decision making and problem solving skills - Multitasking, flexibility and reliability - Ability to work under pressure - Strong communication skills - Motivated and interested in learning
