Job Description

•Main Objective: -Key objective of this function is to provide full financial support to Iran market FP&A team in the Planning, Controlling and Analyzing of all HQ, Marketing and Sales expenditures and CAPEX -As a business partner, the position will also play a role in supporting the management decision-making process and provide an adequate platform for on-going assessment, monitoring and improvements of the business processes •Main Responsibilities: -Planning and Reporting: 1. OPEX & CAPEX planning process by cooperation with cost owners in all the departments 2. Monthly performance review and analyze the variances (actual versus plan). Discussed with cost owners in order to find out the main reason of the variances and improvement area then prepare the monthly presentation accordingly -Monitor and approval Purchase Requests (PR) -Purchase Orders (PO) in relevant system in line with the budget -Control financial transactions in accounting system in order to assure right booking accounts -Full responsibility for capex planning, controlling and reporting and system requirements -Develop ability by acting as a role model in peer’s interactions

Requirements

-University degree or equivalent Finance or Accounting degree -5 years’ experience in finance roles in a multinational company -Background in financial planning, accounting and/or controlling -Understanding of Planning Cycles and guidelines IFRS -Exposure to ERP systems is a plus -Past experience on planning or controlling is plus -Adherence to confidentiality -Creative, innovative thinker with an ability to challenge status-quo and drive improvements -Team player with an ability to work in matrix organizations -Ability to work in cross-functional teams -Ability to interact with peers and influence decisions -Excellent analytical, coordination, communication skills -Fluency in English, other languages considered a plus -Proficiency in MS Office applications, SAP R3/BW & related GPM tool knowledge a plus
