Job Description

•Main Objective: -Key objective of this function is to provide full financial support to Iran market FP&A team in the Planning, Controlling and Analyzing of all HQ, Marketing and Sales expenditures and CAPEX -As a business partner, the position will also play a role in supporting the management decision-making process and provide an adequate platform for on-going assessment, monitoring and improvements of the business processes •Main Responsibilities: -Planning and Reporting: 1. OPEX & CAPEX planning process by cooperation with cost owners in all the departments 2. Monthly performance review and analyze the variances (actual versus plan). Discussed with cost owners in order to find out the main reason of the variances and improvement area then prepare the monthly presentation accordingly -Monitor and approval Purchase Requests (PR) -Purchase Orders (PO) in relevant system in line with the budget -Control financial transactions in accounting system in order to assure right booking accounts -Full responsibility for capex planning, controlling and reporting and system requirements -Develop ability by acting as a role model in peer’s interactions
