Job Description
● Responsible for budget planning, tax, vat, insurance, and different financial reports.
● Prepare and interpret, budgets, accounts, commentaries, and financial statements.
● Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, and invoicing.
● Prepare internal, external, and management reports. Follow up until the results are achieved.
● Contact for outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, and investments.
● Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports
● Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, and executives.
● Prepare cash flow reports on a daily basis.
● Communicate and correspond with banks and exchange offices.
● Control all payments in different ways to vendors.
● Control the bank facilities and handle the installments.
● Control the bank reconciliation report on a weekly and monthly basis.
● Control banking operations, including remittances, issuing checks, and referring to banks.
● Review and confirm the accounting entries on a daily basis.
● Control registration of treasury accounting documents.
● Gross monthly base salary: Negotiable, according to candidate's competence.
