• Adequate dominance of internal audit
• Adequate dominance of accounting of holding companies (contractor and manufacturing)
• Proficient in insurance and tax issues, sufficient mastery to perform all legal matters, defend the
performance of the organization and also participate in various financial and tax authorities
• Produce and submit monthly reports to the board
• Cost benefit analysis of marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Familiarity with relevant software
• Proven working experience as a Finance manager.
• At least 10 years of overall combined accounting and finance experience, of which minimum 7
years should be as Financial Manager
• Thorough knowledge of country specific (Iran) accounting principles and procedures, TAX, SSO.
• Experience with creating financial statements.
• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end / year-end close process.
• Excellent accounting software user and administration skills.
