Éclair with over 10 years of experience is a holding company that at the moment is focusing on producing French pastries and actively moving forward to expand the business by entering in cuisine and opening more branches for Éclair patisserie. we have more than 50 employees and looking for a strong and capable Accounting Manager with understanding and passion for this job and can oversee and manage all financial and accounting matters related to Eclairs growth strategies.
- mastery of Production and Industrial accounting
- Ensures board strategies are effectively executed.
- Ensures all rules and regulations, internally adopted or externally imposed, are effectively complied with.
- Prepare and analyze accounting records, financial statements or other managerial reports.
- Produce daily and monthly cash flows comparing budgeted costs to actual costs as well as predicting future revenues and financial commitments to plan ahead and prepare accordingly.
- Evaluate accounting systems, procedures and practices and make appropriate recommendations for modifications and improvements.
- Evaluate effectiveness of internal financial systems and ensures they meet high standards.
- Oversee the performance of team & individuals defined in the JD to ensure highest level of performance.
- Ensures assigned tasks and activities are completed within the budgeted timeframe.
- Proactively inform Bord management of significant risks or exposures related to internal controls, compliance, and/or governance requiring prompt attention.
- Developing talent within the teams. Provides team members with on the job training.
- Responsible for the timely payment of salaries, expenses and allowances to the employees in addition to taxes, insurance and other government obligations and reporting on the same.
- Preparation of fiscal financial and statements including balance sheet and income statement.
- In-depth understanding of business processes and identification of key process risks and related internal controls.
