Job Description

-Lead and manage accounting team ensuring staff are developed and perform according to company standards -Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations and ensure timely closing of accounts -Responsible for financial statements, payments and cash-flow management -Cash flow management through adequate controls on incomes and expenditures and Prepare Cash Flow reports periodically to management -Handle relationship with external auditors and ensure timely audit reports -Handle on-going relationships with banks/ funding sources and negotiate financing facilities -Responsible for personnel contracts, insurance issues -Estimating and controlling budget -Prepare regular and on-time financial or regulatory reports required by the management or law -Ensuring the governmental requirements like tax declaration, VAT, SSO, to be done in time properly -Establishing internal control procedures for the Accounting department -Reporting to: CEO on all financial matters *This position is available as full time & part time

Requirements

-University degree in Accounting (or closely related) from a reputed university -Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial/accounting management positions (experience in pharmaceutical or distribution industry is a plus) -Excellent knowledge and understanding of finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control principles. -Good knowledge of ILL (Iranian Labor Law) -Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports and statements -Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel -Good knowledge of accounting software. (MABNA system is an advantage) -Effective leadership and motivational skills -Ideal Age Range: 30 - 50
