Job Description
The Financial Manager is responsible for the accuracy of all actions of the financial dept., transactions, and information in the system, the preparation of reports and financial statements, and answers to all references to the Beneficiary authorities, such as the Treasury Department, the social security organization, shareholders, and the company's management.
-Receiving goals, policies and procedures from the Managing Director
-Drawing up and editing the macro-financial system of the company according to policies and ratification of Clause 1
-Supervising on preparing annual operational statements, profit and loss statement, balance sheet and financial reports to be presented to Board of Directors, General Meetings and Auditors on the basis of monthly and annually
-Supervising on observing financial accounting principles and standards on maintaining financial books and company's accounts, proportionately with the company's activities
-Supervising on actual accounting to identify expenses and determine actual costs
-Supervising on preparing and healthy tax reports, such as tax declaration, withholding tax, tax on salary, value-added tax, etc.
-Continuing to follow up for tax and insurance settlement and attending in the commissions
-Supervising on the cash situation and securing the company's capacity on refunding debts and financial obligations
-Approval and notification of all financial orders and instruction and the relevant announcement of financial affairs, which shall be edited to improve and promote current economic and financial methods and establish internal controls, also optimize mechanized system's capacities.
