Job Description

• Prepare monthly analysis of cost of goods sold and operating costs against the prior year and budget, providing explanations and business solutions to help mitigate the risks. • Monitoring business performance • Handle and manage all activities and reports regarding financial statements and reports for payments, taxes, VAT, Bank, Prepare and Review • Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budget costs to actual costs • Accurate calculation of the cost of production and overhead costs and familiarity with its methods • Evaluate risk/return on investment alternatives • Plan, modify, develop and implement the record keeping and accounting systems • Prepare, examine and analyze accounting records, financial statements and any related reports to assess the accuracy, comprehensiveness and compliance with reporting and procedural standards. • Supervising the financial accounting systems, credit and banking affairs, insurance affairs, ministry of finance instructions • Develop, control and report on budgets and prepare periodic and occasional reports on them • Prepare balance sheets, statements, financial ratios, etc. • Plan, control, audit and analyze financial records and report on stores and branches • Control and report physical assets inventory • Analyze business operations, trends, costs • Provide sales accounting reports & deliver to top managers • Preparing effective financial analysis • Prepare the monthly financial statements • Manage all the planning and budgeting process and update of other regular estimations with high accuracy • Manage accruals and justification of all manual accruals , provisions and ... • Manage communication to external bodies (tax dept. , S.S.O dept. ,...) • Manage payroll payment process • Manage accrual and provision process • Prepare the rental , WHT and salary Tax reports for the Tax office • Prepare Vat reports for the Tax office • Preparing tax declarations • Business impact & Higher support to operational functions • Internal Control /Group Audit

Requirements

Requirements And Minimum Education Level: • BA/BS degree with major in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related business degree; advanced degree strongly preferred • Strong networking skills, business diplomacy, problem solving, relationship building and maintenance, conflict resolution, developing and implementing Finance plans based on business and market information • 3-5 years proven experience as Finance Director, • Entrepreneurial and enterprising attitude and capabilities • Hands-on versatile and resourceful • Fluent in English and Farsi
