Job Description
• Prepare monthly analysis of cost of goods sold and operating costs against the prior year and budget, providing explanations and business solutions to help mitigate the risks.
• Monitoring business performance
• Handle and manage all activities and reports regarding financial statements and reports for payments, taxes, VAT, Bank, Prepare and Review
• Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budget costs to actual costs
• Accurate calculation of the cost of production and overhead costs and familiarity with its methods
• Evaluate risk/return on investment alternatives
• Plan, modify, develop and implement the record keeping and accounting systems
• Prepare, examine and analyze accounting records, financial statements and any related reports to assess the accuracy, comprehensiveness and compliance with reporting and procedural standards.
• Supervising the financial accounting systems, credit and banking affairs, insurance affairs, ministry of finance instructions
• Develop, control and report on budgets and prepare periodic and occasional reports on them
• Prepare balance sheets, statements, financial ratios, etc.
• Plan, control, audit and analyze financial records and report on stores and branches
• Control and report physical assets inventory
• Analyze business operations, trends, costs
• Familiar with sales targeting & pricing.
• Provide sales accounting reports & deliver to top managers
