Job Description
Objective of the role: The CFO will be responsible for overseeing the Finance and Accounting functions of the Company.
List of responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization.
Support client long term capital structure and capital raise process, including modeling cash needs, supporting capital strategy and running the due diligence process.
Manage relationship with investment bankers and investors.
Partner with the CEO and Finance Committee of the Board to deploy investment capital in the most effective manner to achieve the organization's long-term strategic initiatives.
Clear a path for growth, form new relationships, drive measurable value and establish core financial processes and reporting requirements.
Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results; understanding variances; and initiating corrective actions as necessary.
Provide guidance to the contracting legal team that balances the best interests of the company with the needs of the business and clients.
Ensure reporting compliance, including tax and regulatory requirements.
Maintain and continually improve upon financial/operational systems, controls and processes, for internal efficiencies and risk mitigation.
Utilize budgets, forecasts, metrics and KPI reporting for business tracking and improvement. Manage banking and institutional investor relationships and optimize cash management in multiple currencies.
Review key contracts to ensure alignment with financial reporting requirements.
Assist in the design, implementation, and timely calculations of incentive and commission plans.

Length of Probation Period: Long term.
Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 8 to 5.
Travel requirements: None.
Gross Monthly Base Salary: Negotiable.
Commission / Bonus / Benefits: Every 3 month.
