Job Description
-Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as registration, payroll, invoicing, and other transactions
-Supervising on the execution of financial accounting systems, credits and banking affairs, insurance affairs, ministry of finance instructions
-Prepare monthly analysis of cost of goods sold and operational expenses against prior year and budget, providing explanations and business solutions to help mitigate the risks
-Oversee financial department employees, including, accountants and warehouse
-Experience in Distribution sales finance, sale targeting & pricing
-Audit distributor’s sale account and pricing
-Provide sale accounting reports & deliver to top managers
-Internal and external control and auditing
-Prepare and Analyze financial information, reports to determine or maintain the record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within the organization
-Provide specific report for CEO based on demand
-Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to support in long-term and short-term decision making
-Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes
-Establish, maintain and improve financial policies and procedures for the company
-Collaboration with company’s consultant in Tax and Insurance
-Inventory checking periodically
-Develop the skills of the finance team members through training and coaching
