Job Description

Objective of the role: Design, planning, organizing. staffing. directing. coordinating and budgeting in financial and administration department. List of responsibilities: Plan, direct, or coordinate the activities of workers in branches, offices, or departments of establishments Establish and maintain relationships with individual or business customers or provide assistance with problems these customers may encounter. Recruit staff members Prepare operational or risk reports for management analysis Evaluate data pertaining to costs to plan budgets Prepare financial or regulatory reports required by laws, regulations, or boards of directors Develop or analyze information to assess the current or future financial status of firms Evaluate financial reporting systems, accounting or collection procedures, or investment activities and make recommendations for changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets, or other financial control functions Analyze and classify risks and investments to determine their potential impacts on companies Subordinates: people of department. Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday, 8 am to 16:30 (18:30) pm.

Requirements

University Qualifications: bachelor, master, phd in finance management or accounting. Other certifications obtained: member of Iranian association of certified public accountants. Nature and length of previous experience: 5 years experience in financial/accounting unit in company. Specialist knowledge: Economics and Accounting, Administration and Management, Mathematics, Law and Government, Personnel and Human Resources, Accounting software. Soft Skills and Personality traits: Active Listening, Critical Thinking, Judgment and Decision Making, Complex Problem Solving, Oral Expression, Deductive Reasoning, Problem Sensitivity, Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates, Guiding, Directing, and Motivating Subordinates, Evaluating Information to Determine Compliance with Standards, Analyzing Data or Information.
