Job Description
-Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of company
-Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements
-Cash management through adequate controls on income and expenditure
-Monitor capital adequacy of financial assets according to best practices and guidelines required by the regulators
-Develop and run a financial reporting system to produce timely reports to company managers, regulators and other stakeholders according to best practices
-Oversee all book keeping activities and ensure accuracy and compliance
-Design and implement accounting, controlling and treasury functions
-Supervise and aggregate budgets in coordination with departments and company managers
-Develop and run a management accounting system, develop KPIs and reports in consulting with business units and company managers in order to identify trends, measure performance and execute improvement
-Monitor and manage credit, liquidity and operational risk
-Produce daily and monthly cash flows comparing budgeted costs to actual costs as well as predicting future revenues and financial commitments to plan ahead
