Job Description

-Lead and develop finance team to achieve company goals -Monitor daily financial activities -Report to CEO and Shareholder of company -Analyze the financial details of past, present, and expected operations to identify development opportunities and areas where improvement is needed -Advise management on short-term and long-term financial objectives, policies, and actions -Develop internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for activities such as budget administration, cash and credit management, and accounting -Prepare or direct preparation of financial statements, business activity reports, financial position forecasts, annual budgets, or reports required by regulatory agencies and more -Budget control in company

Requirements

-At least B.S / M.S in Finance, Accounting related field -At least 8 years related working experience of financial management in the dairy company -Ability to lead accounting and finance policies -Knowledge of tax, insurance and financial laws and standards accounting -To be team oriented and strong leadership skills -Having strong communication skills -Proficient in financial Software (rahkaran) -Microsoft Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel -Fluent in industrial accounting and cost -Familiar with banking affairs and procedures -Gender Preference: Male
