Job Description

Main responsibilities: -Work closely with FP&A and business partners to generate, record, reconcile and maintain accrual balances and monthly budget versus actual analysis -Exceed finance operational standards by developing strategic financial plans, reviews, and models to provide strategic guidance to business units and drive financial results -Provide financial guidance and advice to executive leadership on budgetary controls, cost containment, contract pricing and negotiating, cost estimating, indirect rate management, or other related special assignments -Supervises monthly balancing of books and monthly account reviews; prepares, analyzes, and reconciles monthly financial statements -Leading short and long-term financial planning -Developing scalable and efficient financial processes that support a rapidly growing business -Handle and manage all activities and reports regarding payments, taxes, VAT, bank accounts, etc. -Manage a strong and high performing finance team; retain and develop talent; foster strong teamwork and collaboration -Instill the culture of inclusion, growth mindset and community across the team -Coaching team members to expand their business acumen and strategic leadership skills
