Job Description

-Lead and develop finance team to achieve company goals -Manage all accounting operations including Billing & Cost Accounting -Monitor financial activities and details, such as cash flow and reserve levels, to ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met -Develop internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for activities such as budget administration, cash and credit management, and accounting -Supervise and control the company property and assets -Advise management on short-term and long-term financial objectives, policies, and actions -Budget control in company, department and project levels. To manage and control company financial risks and issues -Oversee the general accounting function, which includes inter-company accounting, cash management, financial reporting, and balance sheet management -Advise management on short-term and long-term financial objectives, policies, and actions -Strong connection with banks & getting required loans -Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payable, account receivables, expenses -Reporting to: CEO

Requirements

-Bachelor / Master Degree in Accounting / Finance -At least 10 years in financial management roles -Enough familiar with pharmaceutical distribution -Excellent accounting software user and administration skills -Specialist knowledge: word, excel & Outlook -Ability to work under pressure -Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines -Good Communication skills
