Job Description
A financial controller is responsible for establishing and executing internal controls over the company's accounting and financial procedures
As an event manager, you'll need to:
- supervise employees performing financial reporting, accounting, billing, collections, payroll, and budgeting duties;
- coordinate and direct the financial planning, budgeting, procurement, or investment activities of all or part of an organization;
- develop internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for activities such as budget administration, cash and credit management, and accounting;
- prepare or direct preparation of financial statements, business activity reports, financial position forecasts, annual budgets, or reports required by our client;
- supporting CFO in addressing financial issues that may have a material impact on the company;
- To trace actual CAPEX/OPEX and update control base report per project in overall terms;
- ensuring cost-efficiency at all times and a particular focus on major expenses / other natures of costs;
- To participate in analyzing project scope changes and ensures embedding its impacts into all project documents;
- playing a key role in supporting management in their decision making and will report to CFO and CEO;
