Financial & Administration Manager

Job Description

-Monitor daily financial activities to ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met -Prepare consolidated financial statement -Supervise and control the company property and assets -Undertake all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, financial reporting, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. -Manage all accounting operations including Billing, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition -Manage and comply with local government reporting requirements and tax filings -Preparation of Financial Statements ensuring timely submission of reports and other financial information as per company’s financial reporting requirements -Reporting to: Managing Director -Support Managers in identifying HR gaps and assist in the development of staffing -Manage the filing, storage and security of documents (contracts, Job descriptions, and individual review, annual leaves, personal information for the employees) and make sure all documents are filed -Ensure high quality, transparent, timely and efficient recruitment process, coordinate the preparation of adverts, receive applications, selection, and shortlist, and inform selected candidates, getting involved in the interviews -Conduct of employee & relationship affair

Requirements

-At least Bachelor degree of Accounting -At least 10 years' related experience -Knowing accounting & financial software -Proven working experience as a Finance manager -Experience with creating financial statements -Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end / year-end close process -Excellent accounting software user and administration skills. -Specialist knowledge: word, excel, power point, photo shop -Ability to work as a team member -Motivated and cooperative -Expert in Microsoft Office -Being very precise, responsible, creative, good team player and loyal to work -Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines -Knowledge of the Iranian labor laws -Knowledge of English -Ideal Age Range: 35 - 45
