Job Description

- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements) - Prepare insurance and tax files - Assisting in month-end and year-end closing - Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies - Gather and monitor financial data (e.g. sales revenues and liabilities) - Reviewing prepayments, accounts, salaries, and related documents in terms of financial laws and regulations

Requirements

- Proven work experience as an Accountant or similar role - Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures - In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) - Computer literacy, MS Excel in particular - Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail - Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information - BSc degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant study
