Job Description

Objective of the role: Utilize knowledge, skills and experience to improve the financial performance of the organization List of responsibilities: Financial Accounting Manager is accountable for all financial responsibilities assigned to them. His/her main responsibilities include (but not limited to): - Make sure of the integrity and timely transaction all financial information - Build, develop and manage subsidiary human resources - Contribute to development of internal financial regulations - Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports - Read and comment on the financial clauses of all contract formats - Manage, control, supervise and execute all financial processes in their subordinates - Control and supervise all financial related processes in all departments of the organization Reporting to: Chief Financial Officer Subordinates: - Payroll accounting - Sales accounting - Warehouse and orders accounting - Asset accounting - Treasury Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 6:40 to 16:20

Requirements

• Preference given to candidates with at least 7 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment. • Good understanding of financial processes with a systematic approach • Experience with computerized accounting systems including advanced knowledge of SAP, Excel, Power Point and Word • Skilled in all general accounting areas including payroll, treasury, orders, assets and financial statements with an excellent knowledge with full cycle accounting • Expert in financial analysis and reporting • Demonstrated progression in leadership roles • Good capability to withstand stress and work under pressure • Self-learning, self-motivated and responsible minded • Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to see the big picture • Ability to assume responsibility, manage multiple priorities and collaboratively drive issues to closure • Ability to work as part of a team to communicate with all levels of the organization and to adapt quickly to change
