Requirements
• Preference given to candidates with at least 7 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of financial processes with a systematic approach
• Experience with computerized accounting systems including advanced knowledge of SAP, Excel, Power Point and Word
• Skilled in all general accounting areas including payroll, treasury, orders, assets and financial statements with an excellent knowledge with full cycle accounting
• Expert in financial analysis and reporting
• Demonstrated progression in leadership roles
• Good capability to withstand stress and work under pressure
• Self-learning, self-motivated and responsible minded
• Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to see the big picture
• Ability to assume responsibility, manage multiple priorities and collaboratively drive issues to closure
• Ability to work as part of a team to communicate with all levels of the organization and to adapt quickly to change
