Job Description
- Assist departments with the annual business Plan and co-ordinate budget preparation process.
- Control and guide accounts department with bookkeeping and follow all necessary local tax and accounting procedures.
- Manage cash flow and forecast accuracy.
- Supervise and control company's treasury.
- Co-ordinate annual audit processes (both on Iranian regulations and IFRS basis) with auditors and submit necessary information.
- Manage monthly executive report and shareholder contribution for the Board of Directors and shareholders on quarterly basis.
- Manage internal relationships between Finance and Operational divisions and participate in project groups in order to develop procedures, processes and integration.
- Ensure main budget holders are held responsible for their spend and analyze NBL, profitability indicators and SG&A for management purposes.
- Manage receivables tightly and ensure all doubtful or bad debts are dealt with effectively.
- Ensure all bank credit lines are managed effectively and work with financial institutions.
- Controlling purchase and sales contracts.
- Controlling legal aspects of the operations.
- Manage relations with Social Security Organization, Banks and other organizations.
- Manage all financial aspects and relations with Tax authorities.
