Job Description

Working as Finance Manager of one of the Group' subsidiaries, the job holder is required to formulate local Finance policies and framework, in compliance with the group and country financial policies and procedures, and to provide comprehensive financial and statistical information which will support the management team in policymaking and strategic planning of the company. - Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. - Managing the company financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting. - Providing and interpreting financial information. - Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts. - Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology. - Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, or other tax requirements. - Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs. - Provide internal and external auditing services for businesses or individuals. - Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice. - Dealing with banks for banking facilities. - Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends. - Management of financial risks

Requirements

- Ms. in Accounting from a reputable university. - Minimum 5 years experience in Finance management jobs in manufacturing companies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with leadership quality. - Strong skills in financial analysis and finance software. - Good knowledge of Country rules and regulations related to business.
