Job Description
•Main Objective:
To manage the accounting needs and finances of the company.
To ensure that the company complies with all statutory and professional requirements in the areas of accounting and finance.
•Main Responsibilities:
-Supervises monthly closing of accounts
-Leads the finance team of the company providing the necessary guidance and mentoring
-Prepares reports required by Management and assist the management in implementing systems and procedures to improve finance operations
-Monitor and advise management on costs, expenses, stock losses and stock write off
-Ensures that all financial records and documents are maintained in an organized and updated filing system all the time
-Perform analytical review of profit and loss accounts and balance sheet
-Formulate and monitor stock takes in conjunction with factory finance teams
-Ensures compliance of local laws (including taxation laws)
-Compile and analyze company budgets and projections
-Assist in the development of financial forecasts and budgets
-Handles other tasks that may be assigned by Management as the need arises
-Reporting to: General Manager and Regional Finance Controller
*Length of Probation Period: 3 Months
*Travel requirements to Industrial city of Saveh and Abroad
