Job Description

-Responsible to lead and supervise the day-to-day finance and accounting function including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, audit and VAT -Standardize and professionalize the finance function and optimize and develop the business processes with focus on reporting -Analyzing company's financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs and compliance with budgets Develop near-term and long-term budget plans -Monitor budget implementation to ensure commitments are met -Carry out variance analysis and update the budget/forecast periodically -Assist in establishing short and long range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures. -Make sure financial legal requirements are met -Cash Management -Developing and maintaining all necessary accounting policies and systems -Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems -Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting and analyze accounting records, financial statements or other management reports -Identify areas for process improvement and standardization of finance deliverable
