Job Description

• Planning the financial structures of the organization and Predict, plan and deliver the company budget plan based on announced plans and requests and presenting financial proposals and policies and monitoring their implementation. • Analysis of the balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports of expenses of the various units. • Preparing financial reports and statements to submit to regulatory and regulatory authorities such as tax administration, insurance and auditors as well as presenting to the CEO. • Preparation and adjustment of policies, guidelines, methods and financial procedures, preparation to coordinate the financial affairs of various units. • Control and ensure business risk prevention, and to maximize operational efficiency/quality – • Controlling the accounts payable and reconciliation report according to the rules and procedures. • Direct communication and coordination with other managers and all units covered by company and group companies or other companies related to the company's financial activities. • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss and other financial report. • Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company. • Managing for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, VAT and other financial needs as necessary. • Develop, review and accept legal contracts between the company and its stakeholders, customers, and partners. • Responsible for the legal health of the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor or master degree in tax, accounting, or finance CPA • Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in accounting/finance • Experience with financial reporting requirements • Fluent in English and full proficiency in Microsoft office application
