Your responsibilities will include: • Lead and manage accounting team ensuring staff are developed and perform according to company standards. • Delivery of financial and statutory reports • Oversight and delivery of financial modelling to inform decision making • Robust cash flow management through adequate controls on incomes and expenditures and prepare cash flow reports periodically to management • The leadership of annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes • Ownership of external stakeholder relationships (auditors, tax advisers, bankers, departmental etc) • Ensuring compliance and statutory obligations are met • Management of insurances for the group
