Job Description

Mission: To develop and maintain a secure and reliable channel for conversion of raw data from the in-house database to financial transactions and develop tools to assist the finance department in providing statutory and regulatory reporting requirements. Outcomes: -Examine the current status of the data conversion cycle with a view to identify the weaknesses and errors, which may cause inconsistency in data. -Formulate a detailed solution for the data cycle in collaboration with the finance and the data team. -Implement and monitor the new solution and rectify potential bugs and bottlenecks in the cycle. -Work with Finance and Data team to build the required reports (electronic invoices, commission and subsidy analysis, VAT calculation). - Assist Snapp's FD and Group's compliance/control functions to develop reconciliation and control tools and reports. -Take over the management and operations of the financial transactions buffer zone from the external supplier and bring it fully in-house.
