- Create annual and revising budget planning
- Preparing Financial statements and presenting for the directors
- Controlling Accounting documents
- Preparing CAPEX/OPEX Budget/Actual Analysis
- Compare Budget and Actual Reports
- Providing financial analysis and forecasting based on Cash Flow, P&L, Budget Report, Sales Reports, etc.
- Key role in monthly closing closure and monthly business report for the directors
- Targeted analysis and interpretation of information to support the managers in business areas and divisions
- Create policies and procedures for accounting operations
