Job Description

Job Purpose The incumbent will be responsible for financial accounting and reporting of Global Supply Chain operations in JTI Zanjan Factory while ensuring full compliance with all Company Policies, Procedures and statutory requirements. Areas of responsibility - Supervise the development of Standard Product Cost during A/SP & LEs and controls actual cost accounting activities. - Actively participate in factory improvement programs or projects for improvement of Factory Finance as well as in globally initiated programs. - Coordinate and supervise all financial accounting and reporting activities of Factory Finance, ensuring full compliance with Company's Policies & Procedures and Local Statutory requirements. - Supervise the development of Standard Product Cost, responsible for timely & accurately submission of A/SP & LE's to HQ and supervise the Actual Cost Accounting activities & results. - Provide support and guidance for all business-related partners in helping them achieving the targets and focus on continuous improvement. - Provide guidance and support for Capital Investment decision-making process and ensures close follow-up of projects development and post implementation assessment. - Coordinate and supervises internal control activities, financial audits and ensures appropriate communication flow with all other Finance departments. - Provides support, coaching and supervision to local Factory Finance team securing adequate resources allocation and balanced distribution of tasks while ensuring appropriate development of each individual team member of Factory Finance function. ** Working location will be in Tehran HQ office but it is essential for the incumbent to travel to Zanjan factory if required.
