Job Description
● Manage a growing team of 20 professionals.
● Manage general accounting, accounts payable, sales accounting, and shareholders affairs units.
● Oversee financial reporting and ensure financial statements including consolidated financial statements are prepared accurately within deadlines.
● Oversee fixed assets operation.
● Oversee the annual statutory audit process and ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, taxes, and SSO obligations.
● Develop and implement internal controls.
● Create, update and present monthly quarterly, and annual financial reporting and being responsible for monthly reporting on actual vs. budget.
● Maintain positive working relationships and support other departments with financial advice.
● Supervise the contract of the legal entity and have a proper process in place for follow-up and financial monitoring.
● On-time monthly closing of the accounts.
